APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Treatments are offered by appointment only.
Appointments may be scheduled by telephone (720) 271-5113 or email.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We don't write the rules but we do abide by them.

Please be considerate and arrive for your appointment on time. Your time is important and so is ours. Your fellow patients thank you for your consideration.

Payment is expected at time of service. We accept cash and personal checks. If you have insurance, we will be happy to provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please be considerate of others and notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Someone else may need treatment and be on a waiting list for your time slot.
